brides and grooms. Flora Boutique was established in 1989 in
Carpinteria, California as Bilbo's Flowers. Now, with a floral design
studio in downtown Santa Barbara, they are extending theri wedding
specialties including full-service event design. Flora Boutique helps
brides and grooms make their wedding memorable and unique.
